Come Dine with Dee

Working in partnership with NHS Tayside, our unique healthy eating program is designed to promote and maintain overall well-being.  By focusing on improving life choices, creating good habits, and having a deeper understanding of nutrition we are able to give families the tools they need to make small changes that make a BIG difference.

The 8-week project highlights key issues such as portion control, hydration, the importance of snacks, variety of meals and the importance of goals. Families also take part in fun activities designed to increase heart rate and encourage physical activity.
